Traffic Logging Tool

Hello Experts,

I want to have a network monitoring tool to log and report followings to me:

1- Show Real-Time internet bandwidth usage of every user individually, showing which user is killing/Eating the bandwidth
2- Log and Report users internet traffic usage including thier IP-Addr, Mac-Addr & Applications

Please recommend which Software is the best to order
