Trouble with 2960

Ok, so I got a new 2960 shipped to one of my sites to replace a fried switch.  Once the switch was plugged into the network, I found it's address and opened the http interface.  Once in the switch I selected express setup, set the options and entered the switch password and telnet password.  Immediately after that it started asking me to enter username and password for level_15_access.  I entered the password that I had set, but it won't accept it.  I can open a telnet session to the switch with the password I set, but it won't accept the switch password for the enable password.  I tried to access it with CNA too, but it fails as well.  What's the trick to getting back into enable mode on this thing?

Well, without having access to the privilege mode you cant do anything but a password recovery using the console access...

Oddly enough, it seemed that when I entered the switch password, it truncated it to 10 characters.  The phrase I entered was 11 characters.

I can access it now.

Thanks!
