Hello Team,

I have some troubles with some ISR's 2911.

1.- SM-ES2-24-P: EtherSwitch SM L2 + PoE + 23 10/100 + 1 10/100/1000 on Slot 1

2.- CISCO2911/K9 chassis

a) when I try to log in via telnet to the device does not respond, but if I send a ping this responds smoothly

b) The problem is that when I see the device restarts

when ocurrs the reboot on the device always sent this log:

this warning message is not a indication of any ERROR in the system
but a WARNING upon system reload or PoE power supply restoration. This is a
new PoE power supply OIR feature. Upon PoE OIR, inline power supply restores
automatically in the router but Ether Switch Network module requires to be
reloaded for PoE supply to work properly in the Ethernet switch .

As Insharie noted, the posted messages have nothing to do with the inability to telnet to the device.  Are you trying and failing to telnet to the router or the etherswitch?  What configuration, if any, do you have on the vty lines of the device?

Hi ,

I have same problem but the ip phones connect in sw module is not working becouse absent of POE.

I have already reload the module and the gateway nothing work.

ACMEGW_GW01#show power inline

Ethernet Switch Network Modules with PoE support should be reloaded to function
properly upon PoE Power Supply OIR insertion/removal.
