Trunk link between cisco and juniper mx960 on aggregated interfaces

Hello , I need to link a Cisco me3400 and a juniper MX960.

I need to reach each gw located on my mx960 from the devices  connected to the vlans 2,3 and 4 on the cisco me3400 in layer 2, then I  will route each subnet.

I wonder if the lines I wrote will work, here is a picture:
