The main HQ is behind an ASA 5510. The remote site is behind an ASA 5505. The tunnel is established and traffic from behind either firewall is working fine. Both sides can access all the devices behind the other firewall. The problem is that I can't access anything on the HQ side from within the remote 5505. I can't ping the 5510 or any router, switch, PC on the inside of the 5510. The main goal is to get the 5505 to associate with a NTP server on the HQ side. During troubleshooting, I have found that I can't access anything on the remote side from within the 5510 either. Any help would be appreciated.

The solution was to force the ping over the inside interface. I got it working now.

I am glad that you figured it out and that it is now working. Thank you for posting back to the forum and letting us know what you found and how you fixed the problem.
