good afternoon, (sorry my ingles)
I need to configure two routes for connect two places, but I would like that the network been the same.
Gateway 1: 192.168.0.1 (stay in network 1)
Network 1: 192.168.0.0/22
Router 1: f0/0 192.168.0.2 s0/0 10.10.10.1
Router 2: f0/0 192.168.0.3 s0/0 10.10.10.2
Network 2: 192.168.0.0/22
the hosts in network 2 use the same gateway in network 1

It is difficult to have the same subnet at two locations connected by a serial connection. One way to achieve this is to use L2TPv3. This link has information about this that I hope you will find helpful

Hi RPereira
I not sure if I understand your question well. Anyway I think you can use a virtual gateway for your end hosts, this can be achieved by configuring HSRP on both routers. In the event that the uplink on router 1 goes down, the end hosts will be automatically shifted to router 2.
Hope this is helpful

I think that you do not understand the question well. The original post is fairly clear that router 1 is in one location and that router 2 is in a different location and that they are connected using a serial link. In that topology HSRP can not work. HSRP requires that the routers be connected on a LAN which allows them to communicate directly with each other. In this case there is an Ethernet at one site and a different Ethernet at the other site and the router Ethernet interfaces could not communicate directly. So HSRP would not be able to fail over.

I am glad to see you participating in the forum. You did acknowledge that you were not sure what the original poster was saying. It is good to differentiate when we are sure about something and when we are not. Even when we are not sure it is good to share suggestions. I have certainly had my share of times when I offered a suggestion and someone in the forum pointed out that it was really right for the situation being discussed. We all learn from that kind of thing. I hope to see you continue to be active in the forum.
