Yes - if you have 2 3750 stacks then you can use them in the same network where VTP is used. Ensure that you configured VTP securely so that your vlan base doesn't get wiped out.

It depends, what is the purpose of these switch's, what is it that is going to be plugged in? Where do you plan to connect them? Any resilience required?

Both stacks will serve for OSPF's areas, VLAN's/VTP. To the first stack will plugged user's and this stack will be connected with ISP link, and the second stack will connected with a servers. Either first and second stacks are located in a switching rack.

Do you have a "core" or is this a new network you are building? You need to ensure that you have ipservices IOS or license for OSPF (i think). If these are 2 3750 stacks you can create point to point OSPF links between them - ideally a cross-stack port-channel for redundancy and resiliency, use one point to point /30 either using an SVI or just L3 Po interface for routing.

No, we will do it's on existing network. And how VTP can be configured here? 2 masters with VTP server on them?

I think you should do both of them in transparent mode, unless you have a need to use VTP server client or server server relationship.

We decided to do it via Cisco ASA, which will be placed between 2 stacks. But your answers will be useful. Thanks for answers.
