Hi everyone,
I have an issue with C3750 switch: I'm unable to Telnet/SSH and ping it directly, whether I'm using Putty or Terminal;
However, I can telnet and ping it from another switch.
Every required configuration for remote access has been completed I think, like IP addressing with the VLAN we use to have here for any other switches, default gateway, and so on.
AAA authentication server has been configured as well.
I've already read some other threads about such issue, but found no solution unfortunately.
Any suggestion would be welcome! Thanks!

You state your laptop address is 10.24.1.76 which looks to match your VLAN1 and your tracerte first-hop on that subnet is directed at 10.24.1.254 as the g/w but your "show arp" command for the device shows it's address for VLAN1 as being 10.24.1.253 so have you checked the device which own 10.24.1.254 to make sure that it has a route towards the VLAN240 ??

If the switch that you have issues in accessing is operating as a layer 2 switch I would expect to see 1 vlan interface. But the switch shows 3 vlan interfaces. Would you post the output of the command show ip interface brief? Also perhaps the output of the command show ip protocol?
