This should be an easy one for someone who has already found the location.
On the subscriber template, there is no area for entering "Corporate Phone Number" or "Corproate Email Address". When you look at a subscriber you have created from the template, at the bottom of the page, these two fields are now visible, but not edit-able. I have not been able to locate any other spot in the Connection configuration (System, Class of Service, etc) where this information is entered.

You would be much better off posting this into -"Unified Communications & Video" -> "IP Telephony" as the people who know about these sort of things hang out in there :-)

Thanks! Somehow it ended up selecting this group when I had originally selecting the unified com.
