Upgrade CAT 9407 Virtula stackwise IOS without ISSU

i have 2 switches cat 9404 in virtual stackwise and running IOS Fuji 16.09.04

i need to upgrade to Gibraltar 16.12.3a MD without using ISSU. How this can be done .Any suggestion!!

1. Copy the IOS into the bootflash:
2. Initiate Install Mode;
3. Done.

thanks for reply,but my question both switches will be upgraded automatically or shall i do one by one manually.

Issue the "reload" command and both units will be upgraded simultaneously.

in request install command shall i write at command end (all)

Once the upgrade is done, use "redundancy reload shelf" to reload both chassis at the same time.
