Upgrade cisco Nexus 3064

Hi Community Support

We have pair of cisco Nexus 3064 Chassis ("48x10GE + 4x40G Supervisor") running version 6.0(2)U6(5a)

Need to know the upgrade path to follow to get it upgraded to 9.3.11 per below document recommendation

thank you so much Marce. That link is really helpful

So I was testing upgrade on similar model lab N3K switch which was initially on 6.0(2)U3(1).

I upgraded it successfully to intermediate version 6.0(2)U6(2a) per the link you shared

Then I tried to upgrade it to 6.0(2)U6(5a) and it seems to fail and stuck at initialization

Can you advise?.

Does the internal disk/flash have enough space for the new OS?

Yes it does . issue was USB was plugged in. I removed USB and reloaded the switch and it came up on 6.0(2)U6(5a) version

ignore, i was able to fix it.  I had forget to remove the usb. Removed the usb and then reload and it came back up with version 6.0(2)U6(5a)
