upgrading 3750 IOS

can't get my 3750-48-ps upgraded with IP services. It says it does not support the feature set.  documentation leads me to believe that it should.  Any thoughts?

Let me guess, you are upgrading from IP Base to IP Services using the "archive download-sw" command?

If this is correct then you need to do the following:

1.  If you have enough flash space then the command is "archive tar /x tftp:///IOS.tar flashXX:"

2.  If you don't have enough space, then you need to delete the old IOS using the command "delete /f /r flash:"

If your 3750 has 16 mb flash then the highest IOS you can run is 12.2(55)SE2 or later.

I actually discovered that when you are changing the feature set, that you have to add the /allow-feature-upgrade command. That was the issue and this resolved my problem.
