vdc creation

i want to create two vdc otv and distrib and assign ip address 192.168.0.1 to otv, hostname otv-prd and 192.168.0.3 to distrib, host name distrib-prd, may i know the steps to do it ? and how to verify configuration?

now i 'm able to connect  to switch xyz-distrib and switch xyz-otv, how to connect to defaultVDC (i.e.switch xyz) ? do we need it to be done at non-business hours?

i'm now in switch xyz-distrib, i type switchto ? but no such command, can i switch to xyz-otv?

when i was in switch xyz-distrib, how to find  ip address of default vdc xyz?
