vlan interface counter problem

the user is branch have a core switch WS-C4507R-E and  some floor switchs. In the work hours.office vlan have large flow to the FW vlan , because the server in  HQ , and the branch  go through the FW to the HQ, but we show interface the office vlan and FW vlan have not counters.Why???

have any ideal ? the attachment is the show int vlan  and sh run int vlan .

This is normal. Any packets that are hardware switched (both L2 and L3) will not increment the counters on the SVI interface.

However there is command you can add under the SVI interfaces on the 4500 - "counter" which then adds counters to the SVI. See this thread for details -

note in that thread Chad says there is no performance penalty by using this command. There is no reason to suspect he is wrong but as i have never used the command i personally can't guarantee it.

For switches that don't support this command the usual way to see how much traffic there is to look at the physical interfaces.
