VLAN itself doesn´t need to have configured IP address.
But if you want to allow inter-vlan communication then you need create interface for that VLAN on some L3 device. This interface has configured IP address and netmask.
I think that this is what you are looking for.
Just find this device and type command, for example, "show protocols" which displays IP addresses of all interafaces and their netmasks.
