So I have configured VPC on 2 Nexus.
Here is what I get. Any ideas what may be wrong?
Since the Secondary Nexus is a failover (identical configs) I can't NO SHUT the SVIs or I get duplicate errors. Is this done once VPC is fully working:

Yes, you are correct. Otherwise, if you are using port-channels and vpc to connect things, they will not work properly.

Hi
Do a "show vpc consistency-parameters global" it will show the reason for inconsistency.
Maybe the reason is you have shutdown the svi, if so, configure the svi:s with different ip:s and use hsrp instead, then you can have the svi:s with "no shut" on both nexus.

Yes I was doing the show vpc consistency but overlooking that I had a vrf and another SVI on 1 switch but not the other. All is good now.
Maybe off the subject, but if I have just 2 Nexus in a VPC domain (meaning I want them to be redundant), I would need to configure all SVI as HSRP. This is the only way to do it other than creating routing protocols correct?
