Hello,
One Question...
Do i really need to use a port channel for my vsl link ?
can i just take one TenGig interface on each supervisor
and put the virtual switch link ... command on each interface
... without creating the Port-Channel ?
thanks

You can use a single link but VSS is designed to be a highly available system so using a single link is introducing a single point of failure into the system.

Hi,
It's always a better recommendation to have vsl link with port channel configuration, check out the below link for more information
