VSS Switchover problem

Hi all,

I am using  2 cisco C6807-XL as a VSS switch.Switch1 is the active switch and Switch2 is the standby.The issue is when I switchoff the active switch(Switch1) the switch2 becomes active but after switch on the Switch1, it remains standby. Switch1 doesnot switchover to be Active.

The configuration is attached with this mail.

Thats the expected behaviour.

when you reboot the active switch, the stand-by will take over.  When the old active finish rebooting, it will be the new stand-by.  At this point you can issue "redundancy force-switchover" to make the new stand-by active.

Thanks for your reply.Is there any way for automatic switchover other than issueing this" redundancy force-switchover" command.
