Hi ,
Is there a possibility of split brain in vss . If yes how to fix it ,
How can i verify that all vss running ok ?

Yes there is a possibility of split brain in VSS if the VSL link completely goes down.
There are detection mechanism and recovery option such as fast hello etc.
To verify vss running ok use the below.
sh switch virtual

I think if you are running routing protocols over these VSS it would be recommended to have NSF aware. NSF is a feature that allows seamless flow of routing protocols such BGP while sup switchover happening. I believe most of the IOS are NSF aware. You can do sh ip protocols to check if it is NSF aware.
