If we have switch A connected to Switch B and Switch B is connected to switch C
Switch A
no vtp domain
vtp server
config rev number 2
Switch b is transparent
Switch c
VTP mode client
no vtp domain
Config rev is 2
if we make vlans on switch A will they replicate on switch C??????
my understanding is no as there is no VTP domain but want to share this with you guys

You have to have a VTP domain configured before vlan information is propogated to other switches. Note that with VTP server/client you only need to define the VTP domain on the server and the client will use that VTP domain without explicitly having it configured.
