WAN Failover Solution for client side

hi,

I need to give client side WAN failover strategy to my customer, I.E if a TELCO having many franchises , how we can give automatic failover switching to franchise's end user in case of main link failure, without changing any ip addresses and other stuff on client machine... anyone can help me out ??
