Web gui problems

Im not able to connect to web management for cisco 9500, firepower 4125 & Firepower management center 1600. im giving management ip address to connect but it saying not reachable. i have changed my ip address to same network on network adapter but still its not working. im using windows 10 and google chrome Version 103.0.5060.114. Please let me know how to resolve this issue
