That is what I thought as well but I am having trouble with my 3750x and 2960x. not able to find documentation on vlan mapping for them.

Vlan access-map configuration commands:
action Take the action
default Set a command to its defaults
exit Exit from vlan access-map configuration mode
match Match values.
no Negate a command or set its defaults

SW04(config-access-map)#
SW04(config-access-map)#do sh ver

2960X working without problem.
