Which type of DCNM software is suitable to monitor MDS san switch

I want to monitor my MDS - san switch with DCNM but there are two type of DCNM 

which one is suitable and can use to monitor san switch :

DCNM 11.5.1 Installer for Windows (64-bit)

DCNM 11.5.1 Open Virtual Appliance for VMWare

I know the first one install on windows and the second is deploy through vCenter . which one has most features ?
