Hello,

I have some various cisco switches,

Sometimes mac-address of the wired PC WLAN card is entered in the wired L2 switch.

In this case, the mac-address table of the interface contains three MAC addresses, including the IP phone.

Why does this happen?

first: this is not a switch issue, but a client issue, the client does this communication

in most BIOS'ses you can disable the Wireles adapter when the LAN is connected, this will help
(and it will be automatically enabled when the LAN port is disconnected)

if you use a USB-to-LAN adapter, or a display-link USB-LAN port this may have a configuration tool to select which MAC adres you want to use on the LAN side
WLAN-mac, Ethernet-MAC, USB-adapter-MAC or a manualy configured MAC
you may also find this setting in your OS (e.g. a Windows group-policy)
you may also look for updates of  your BIOS and drivers for your client
