ws-2960s-48lpd-l sfp+ ports?

Morning All (only just I know )

The 2960s-48lpd-l comes with 2 SFP+ ports and is capable of supporting either SFP or SFP+ modules.

My question is:- if I have a SFP+ module in port 1, can I have a SFP in port 2? or do they both have to be either SFP+ or SFP?

I know it seems obvious, but I'd like word from someone who knows from experience...

Hello

The slots marked SFP+ support both SFP and SFP+ modules

The SFP slots support only the SFP modules.
