WS-C2960X-24PS-L router command

Could someone please advise what is needed to run ospf ( router command ) on a WS-C2960X-24PS-L.

Do we need a different image (ip services ?). Do we need smartnet SW maintenance in order to receive this ?

you need an IP LITE for X series routing on 2960 models but looking at the doc your switch does not qualify for an upgrade to this and can only be used as lan lite or lanbase but cannot be upgraded to ip lite
