Anyone know what this error is message is:

Running Version 03.06.05.E on a WS-C4507R+E w/Sup8-E.

That sounds yucky.  It sounds like a failure of the storage system.  I think the gold star release for that platform is 3.6.6E,  so you could try that.

I think I would contact TAC (assuming you have a support contract) and see if they think a hardware RMA is warranted.

Thanks Philip.  I did not think it was good.  I opened a TAC case with Cisco.  Will post their recommendation.

We have the same issue running version 3.11.2, so it looks like this issue has not been resolved yet. This switch has only been up for 41 days.
