He provides support to customers who have purchased Cloud Security products such as Umbrella/SIG/Cloudlock to secure their adoption with these solutions. Edurado is a Security Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in IT, specializing in the configuration of security platforms such as Firepower, ASA, ISR, Meraki, Umbrella SIG and Cloudlock among others. Previously, he worked as a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Umbrella SIG solutions, as a technical support engineer for VPN and Cloud Security technologies at Cisco, and as a deployment and integration engineer at IBM for the MSS team. He holds a CCNA, CCNP Networking, Cisco Security Networking, Security and CyberOps specialties, and a VCP-DDV (vmware) certifications. Luis Silva Benavides is a Customer Success Specialist in the Customer Success Global Enterprise team. He is a security engineer with more than 13 years of experience, specialized in security platforms such as Secure Firewall, Umbrella, Secure Email/Web, Secure Endpoint and SecureX, among others. He has collaborated in different areas of Cisco, i.e: the consulting area networks and security, and the area of advanced services and security technical support. Luis has various Cisco and external certifications: CCNA Associate and CyberOps, CCNP Enterprise and Security, CISSP, CCSP, Comptia Security+/CySA+, CCSK, GIAC GMON and CCIE Security (#36825). Ivan Gonzalez is a Senior Service Delivery Manager in the Cloud Security Technology team. Ivan is responsable of making sure customers successfully deploy Cloud Security products like Umbrella/SIG/Cloudlock on their organization. He used to work as Cisco TAC AAA team leader and crossed technology engineer prior his current role. As a networking engineer with more than 10 year of experience specialized in the security area he has strong background in multiple security technologies including but not limited to Firewall, VPN, Web Proxy, AAA and Cloud Security. Ivan holds CCNA Enterprise and CCIE Security (#61053) certifications.
