Welcome! In this session, we will explore how Data Centers dense configurations provide scalable solutions, allowing data centers to grow and adapt to changing demands. Enabling Intersight connectivity to your devices or controllers activates Connected TAC with pro-active and automated re-active support at no added cost. Pro-active support enabled through telemetry opens TAC cases to start the troubleshooting process. Re-active support is triggered on TAC SR case opening and enables automated log collection, remote show command gathering, and the ability to gather logs from neighboring devices remotely.
Agenda:
- What is Cisco Intersight?
- Why claim networking devices in Intersight?
- Connect and Claim devices to Intersight
- Exploring API
