I'm having issue with my Codecs'. Recently, I had to update my my session setting on multiple codecs. Unfortunately, the setting change from what I original had input. So I proceeded to change them back. When I did one of the systems. then save the setting. I was automatically log-out afterwards. When I attempted to log back in I get a 500 Internal Error. So I could not log in on the web browser, However, I could log in on from the Touch 10 panel connected to the codec. I also had another technician do the same on one of his system. His system did the same thing. The only solution we been doing is factory reset. The configure the system back to our normal setting. Any help would be appreciated...
