880 mxp lost connection during software update

                   I just got a call that during a software update they lost connection at 87% on a Tandberg 880 mxp. It now shows a blue screen and they can't remote into via network. (obviously it doesn't have a valid OS)  I am going to the site tomorrow and was wondering if the 880 mxp supports software updates via ftp or some other way to install the software.

To rollback the software to the previous version follow these steps

>Open the console session with codec by using RS232 cable with Baud Rate:9600

> Take backup of system configuration and option keys

> Restart codec and break the boot sequence

> Ctrl + Break(for hyper terminal), or Alt + B (for TeraTerm/Putty)

> “$” prompt will show feedback

> selectsw

> Wait for “Active application: x” message

> If x = 1, then selectsw 2

> If x = 2, then selectsw 1

> q

> Codec will automatically restart with previous sw version of Codec

This is also the sequence to break a codec stuck in a boot sequence loop.
