Adding Polycom HDX System to TMS

How can I add a Polycom HDX system into TMS to be managed?  What, if any configuration on the Polycom system must be done, or within TMS?  Can't seem to find any documentation on it.

Thanks Dale, I knew there had to be something, I remember seeing this document now some many months ago.

To clairfy, are there any specific ports that need to be open on the TMS and endpoint sites?  Currently we have open on TMS is 80, 443, & 161.  I'm not sure what is open on the endpoint, but I know 80 & 443 is for sure because I can access it's web interface.

Hey Patrick,

For the TMS Specifically refer to the Getting Started Guide Page 27. (You'll notice specific ports specified for Polycom)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tms/install_guide/Cisco_TMS_install_guide_13-2.pdf

Port 80 and 443 should be good on the endpoint side for TMS and management purposes.

Outside the management side of things the endpoints will also need ports for SIP and H323 (shouldn't have to worry much about this internally).

Refer to the endpoint administrator guides for what ports you will need.

RTP Ports are listed in the C40/C60 admin guide on page 62.
