I want to connect analog pbx to cisco 2651 with E1 cards on both equipment.
Incomings call are receive .
Outgoing call are not work and pbx give message below:
lines are not available
what is wrong ?
need help please !

Is this PRI or R2?
If PRI 'debug isdn q931' should help.
Incoming calls are to the PBX or to the GW?
Sounds like b channel is not availible to take the call.
