Any method to mointor the PABX extension when it connect with VIC-2FXO

I got a repeated faulty about the port defected on a VIC-2FXO module, and I suspect the symptom causes by enviornments. Is that any tools can use for tapping the extension line for mointoring the voltate/Current status, or any debug command at Cisco 3640 can perform the similay function?

Also Hope you are not using the VIC-2FXO in a NM-HDV module, because this is not a supported configuration as per this compatibility matrix.
