We have a number of SX-20 endpoints managed through CUCM 10.5.2. I would like to have one of our offsite units configured to auto-answer, but when we set it on the device it reverts to auto-answer "off" on reboot. Documentation indicates this has to be set on the Call manager. It appears to no longer be an option under Directory Number which would allow us to set it per unit. There is a clusterwide option under service parameters though. My question is if I set the clusterwide service parameter for auto answer to "True" will that enable auto anwer on all of my devices, or will that allow me to configure on a per-device basis?
