Hi All,
We are having Avaya XT5000 registered over CUCM, able to call Extension to Extension i.e. Avaya XT5000 to Cisco IP Phone vice-versa.
Also having Cisco Room Kit Plus configured on the Same CUCM.
Now we want to call MS Teams which is integrated with WebEx Cloud from CUCM registered Devices.
Able to Call from Cisco Room Kit plus without any issues but Avaya XT5000 is facing challenges.
Call Flow - CUCM --- Exp C--- Exp E Internal Lan --- Exp E DMZ --- Webex Cloud CVI --- MS Teams
Dialing URI --- 1348091465.abc@m.webex.com from Avaya and Cisco.
When analyzing the logs of CUCM getting error as below.
