We have a requirement, where we have to avoid H263+ codec being used in Content Channel transmission from MCU 8510 to TCS (Content server).
We dont want to disable H263+ globaly on MCU. So, we added the content server alias as an endpoint in MCU and disabled H263,H263+ in its configurations.
We added the endpoint with below parameters.
But the content is still transmitted with H263+.
We see the following capability exchange at MCU and see the H264 parameters between MCU and TCS have a mismatch and thus falling back to H263.
Our content mode setting is Transcoded.
We have also tried to set Outgoing transcoded Codec for this call to H264 from Automatic. With this setting, the call fails stating capability mismatch.
Any inputs...?

A few questions to start-
What generation is your TCS?
If 2nd generation, do you have Premium Resolution option key?
H.264 is supported on the 2nd Generation TCS with Premium Resolution.
