Bluejeans Dual Monitor not working on Standalone SX20

Hi,

I have a standalone SX20 at my house which I use to dial into work bluejeans calls.  Unlike the units at work it doesn't split the video and presentation onto two screens when presentations are being shared.  On the LCD controller it does see that there are two screens just the content isn't split between the two.

 

Currently the unit only makes outbound calls and is using H323 not sip, the unit is behind a Comcast cable internet connection and an AirPort Extreme using a private IP.  

Is there something wrong perhaps with how I configured the SX20?  

 

A few config items below:

System Software: ce 8.2.2 Final 3263c59 2016-09-26

Config: 
CallSetup Mode: Direct
No Gatekeeper
Port Allocation: Static
ID: 192.168.0.140 (SX20 IP)
NAT Address: (my public ip)
NAT Mode: Auto

Video Config: I've played with all the settings, setting them as primary, secondary, or using auto, or presentation only.

 

Would appreciate any thoughts or guidance on what could be incorrect.

Have you configured your firewall (and matched it with the settings on your endpoint to allow the H.239 stream?  There's a list of all the ports required here: standalone H.323 ports
