Booking WebEx enabled Telepresence with Productivity Tools

Hi all

I have an issue when booking WebEx enabled Telepresence with Outlook Productivity Tools - I can add the rooms using the "add TelePresence rooms" - Button and enable WebEx, but when I click on "send" the "communicating with server" message pop up for a few miliseconds but nothing else happens.

Has anyone an idea howto resolve or debug this?

I resolved this by correcting the URL of the booking host in WebEx Site Administration.

What did you change it to? The guide examples https://tmsbookinghost.domain.com not sure what that address is. I used https://TMS_IP/tms ; the bookings get made, but not joined to the  webex.
