Boot Image Corrupted message on a Touch 12

CUCM 9.0 and TX6.  I was able to register and boot a codec and a Touch 12 hours ago.  Then I am staging another pair of codec and Touch 12.  Codec booted and registered ok with CUCM.  Then I plugged in the codec and right around step 5, the image showed up on the touch panel

Reloaded TFTP service and tried again...still failed.

I saw a Cisco doc saying the COP file might be corrupted and needs to be uploaded.  But the correct way to "upload" a COP file is to actually install the whole   TX6 COP file again

Is there a way to manually extract the CTSDEV file from the big COP file and just go to OS admin and TFTP File Mangement and select upload?

thanks

Hi,

Please do not use CTSDEV at is not a final release.

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-29789

Second,

What kind of system are you trying to pair with the new TX6 software?

As far as I can remember the CTS build is P1 for old codecs, and CTS-**-p2 is for new lago type codec.

I believe you are experiencing this issue due to a typo in the "phone load" configuration.
