Have C20 that used to be running 5.x and if not on a call the left monitor would display the background screen and menus whereas the 2nd monitor would show the self-view
If in a VC call the main participants would be on left monitor and self-view or presentation would be on right monitor
When upgraded to 6.1.1 the above scenario changed:
- if not on a call the left monitor would display the background screen and menus and the 2nd monitor only show black screen, self-view is in PIP mode on left monitor (codec setting is set to dual display)
- If in a VC call the main participants would be on left monitor and presentation would be on right monitor but the self-view is in PIP on left monitor
Checked the settings on the codec and everything is configured
Thanks
