C60 Menu is not shown on the screen

C60 Menu is not shown on the screen, 

It was working fine before
the softwae version on the codec is TC6.0.1.65adebe
When directing the remote to the camera the LED of the camera is blinking
The cable is HDMI
xConfiguration Video OSD Output: 2
​I tried *#*#01# but it is not changed. 
Attached is the xconfig & xstatus

FYI, the xConfig and xStatus didn't get attached.

Which output are you trying to get the OSD to appear on?  The xConfig command you presented would move it to output #2, but the sequence for the remote would move it to output #1.

It looks like you're not using the complete sequence with the remote.  Use the remote control to enter the following sequence: Disconnect-key * # * # 0 X # where X equals the video output where you want to display the OSD.

  • X = 1 for HDMI 1
  • X = 2 for DVI 2 (HDMI 2 for C20)
  • X = 3 for HDMI 3
  • X = 4 for DVI 4

The same steps are listed in the TelePresence Endpoints Knowledge Base Article on pg 10, #302.

If you have SSH access, you can use "xConfiguration Video OSD Output", as well as doing this through the web interface.
