Call Forward experience delay conversation

Hi,

Is anyone has experience with when an external call from ISDN call to IP Phone, for which the call is forwarded to a shared-line shared by a group of users. As one of the shared-line user pickup up the phone, the external PSTN user hears ringing for about 5 seconds before the complete voice conversation begin.

Please advice how I can solve this problem.. Thanks in advance

I have seen a delay like this caused by a bug in the 7940/7960 6.0 firmware. Upgrade to the latest, 7.2.2. I have also seen a delay in call process in 4.0.2a. Upgrading to 4.0.2a sr2a should fix that.
