cannot recieve external video call from vcs-e

Hello,

We can't recieve external video call  from outside..  When we checked  VSC-E logs , there is  101 invite from  external device  , however there is no reply from our  vsc-e.

and  We don't see the  the call details on  Search history or  call history on VCS-Expresway, the only possible way to see the call details is  Vcs-e  Diognostic logs.

 External  SX20  >  VCS-e  >  VCS-C > CUCM  >  internal SX20 on cucm

any help would be appreciated for this issue.

Could you provide the diagnostic logs from the VCS-E  and VCS-E for a test call please? Also, mention the calling and called URI
