Change Conference Layout using Conductor and Virutal TPs

Hello all

Is there any way to change the conference screen (when it asks for PIN, for example) when using conductor and Virtual TPs?

In this case I'm connection using a rendezvouz conference through Conductor configured with a Virtual Telepresence Server (8vcpu).

When the customer connects to a conference that needs a PIN the system shows a screen and audio in English, I would like to change this audio and screen to portuguese_BR, is this supported?

How could this be done? Must be applied to conductor configuration or in vTPs?

Is any other custom features that could be made?

Hello Martin -

I searched through the virtual TPS online help guides, and didn't see any mention about language settings on the TelePresence Server that connected endpoints see and hear.  So I'm not sure this is a configurable option.  Unfortunately my virtual TPS is down at the moment, so I can't check first hand.  Might be a good idea to reach out to your Cisco Account Manager and see if they can open an feature request for you.
