We have S4B interop using CMS spaces but really want calling between external S4B clients and internal Jabber users, using CMS as the gateway.
According to this lab (https://cmslab.ciscolive.com/pod2/edge/s4b) it requires a forward all rule (*) on CMS however this does risk creating loops (as the documentation says to to be fair). We don't want to have to name any external domains we interop with.
As soon as we use transforms in Expressway to separate these interop calls, the call routes correctly but then goes awry. Outbound from Jabber = the call continues ringing for the Jabber user while the Skype client sees it answer but no media.
Any ideas?
