I need information about Mean time between failures (MTBF) for the following Cisco TelePresence product:

- Codec Cisco C40

- MCU Cisco 5310

- MCU Cisco 5320

- Cisco TCS 220

Where can I to get this information?

You can ask the Partner PDI helpdesk.

They normally give you this under NDA when stating for which customer you need this.

works pretty well.

I had many MTBF inquiries for industrial projects and I assumed that this would be possible for TP as well.

Even for UC components.

Don't give up and ask your TP local team then.
