Cisco TMS 15 Web Access 503

Hello.

After Upgrade TMS from 14.6 to 15.13 i could not access the Web gui. Also from my Client and on the Server himselfs. Before Update i have an authentication window on Access the Web Site. After Update ist doesnˋt appear. I check the iis but found no error. The Database Connection ist established and our SQL Admin See Traffic between Database and Server.

Often the best way to fix TMS IIS issues it to re-run the installer.   This will reconfigure the settings in IIS that are required to make it work.

I tried this, but unfortunally ist does not help anyway. I think the Nistkästen is in Upgrade from 15.6 to 15.13. 

When i reinstall it, the sql Settings are still appear in the install process. Is it possierlichere to install on a new plattform and Uhse the old database?
