Do you know how to merge "All endpoints and MCU" with "conference statstics" ?

I don't know why you want to merge the two... they're both just different representations of the same data. Can you please explain a little more about what you are trying to achieve?

Hi,

From the "All endpoints and MCU" extract fromt the TMS do not contain the "Title" which is in "conference statstics" data.

Before, i were able to merge the files the conf ID.

There is no single report or way to merge those two individual reports, one is specifically for CDR data pertaining to TMS managed systems, and the other is for conferences scheduled in TMS. If you would like one report or the other to contain more data, suggest you contact your Cisco Account Manager and have them open a feature request. Right now the only thing you could do is export both reports and merge the data yourself.
